Day 1 Arrive
Upon arrival at Patna. Check into hotel. Sightseeing of the city. Visit Patna Museum. Explore the wonderful historical relics and artifacts preserved at the museum. Later, a visit to Kumhrar that has the ancient ruins of the ancient city of Pataliputra. Overnight.
Day 2 Nalanda - Raigir
After breakfast, transfer to Rajgir. Enroute visit NALANDA, where Lord Buddha preached his suttras at the mango Grove. Visit the once world-renowned Nalanda University which thrived between 5th and 12th century. Also visit the well-managed museum containing Buddhist and Hindu terracottas, Bronzes and sculptures. Arrive at Rajgir. Overnight.
Day 3 Raigir - Gaya
Morning sightseeing tour of Rajgir. The ancient Rajgir was the capital of the great empire of Magadh. Also visit Sattapani caves, Girdhakuta Hill and three kms away the sulphur springs surrounded by small temples. Afternoon depart for Bodh Gaya by surface. Upon arrival, check in and overnight.
Day 4 Day trip to Bodhgaya
Full day sightseeing tour of Bodhgaya and Gaya. Explore the many Buddhist temples of the place including the one that is famous for Bodhi Tree. Overnight.
Day 5 Depart Patna
After breakfast, transfer to the Patna airport and fly back to home.
