Day 1 Windhoek
Explore Windhoek during the day and meet your group and your Tour Leader in the evening at 18:00 to get acquainted and review your trip details. Windhoek is the capital citywith loads of interesting things to offer. One of the most famous is the display of 33 meteorites, the Gibeon Meteorites in the Post Street Mall. One of the most widely photographed and a historical landmark is the Christ Church, a Lutheran Church, built in the Gothic revival style. Overnight.
Day 2 Windhoek to Etosha Region
Depart after breakfast for the Etosha region, an area dominated by the famous Etosha National Park. This region is divided into 8 different main vegetation zones. On your way, experience the biome change as Mopanie Trees starts to join the Thorn trees creating the unique feeling of this region. Etosha National Park, one of Southern Africa’s best-loved wildlife sanctuaries. Overnight.
Day 3 Etosha National Park
Breakfast. Enjoy a full day’s game drive in your air-conditioned Premium Overland Safari Vehicle. Gather memories of unique sightings that you will not likely experience again. Watch how ghostly grey-white elephants bathe themselves in the white dust of the area or zoom in on the magnificent sight of giraffes etched against a wide and open horizon. Overnight.
Day 4 Etosha National Park to Swakopmund
After breakfast, Check out and transfer to the dramatic and beautiful scenery of Damaraland. You have the chance to meet the wonderful Herero ladies who sell their handmade arts and crafts. A light roadside lunch is served en-route in the shadow of Namibia's tallest mountain, the Brandberg, and you can interact with some of the colourful local characters who live in this harsh environment. On the drive down the Skeleton Coast we explore the remains of a small shipwreck. We arrive in Swakopmund in mid of the afternoon which gives you time to explore this quaint seaside town on foot. Later, check in to the hotel and Overnight.
Day 5 Swakopmund – Living Desert Tour
Breakfast. Enjoy The Living Desert tour, a unique 4x4 adventure drive through the dunes outside Swakopmund. Learn about "Namibias Little 5" - the Namib Dune Gecko, Namaqua Chameleon, Sidewinder Snake, Shovel-Snouted Lizard and Cartwheeling Spider and their unique, ways to survive the blistering desert. Overnight.
Day 6 Swakopmund - Walvis Bay
Breakfast. This morning take the 8.30 am motorboat or catamaran 3 hour cruise in Walvis Bay lagoon to view sea birds, seals, dolphins and perhaps leatherback turtles. Go kayaking (optional) with an experienced guide. Return to your lodge early evening. Overnight.
Day 7 Swakopmund - Windhoek
Breakfast. Travel to Windhoek, Namibia’s capital. Arrive in Windhoek, after lunch and transfer to Airport. Fly back to home.
